Self-Indulgence Corner: Da Vinci's Dream: A.K.A. The Realization of a Nightmare! D.D.C 2016
My own personal 'homage,' if you will, for Leonardo da Vinci!
Leonardo da Vinci, the Italian polymath, was a pacifist. Many of his inventions never made it past the drawing table because da Vinci died before having his notes published. He did not intend to have his ideas used for military purposes; however, throughout time, leave it to the narcissism of man to disregard his wishes and use Da Vinci's ideas anyway for violence and destruction. Da Vinci, the scientist and inventor--not the painter--always captured my interest and love of science.
